This is a series of sermons I did to Christian leaders in Johannesburg, South Africa in October 2011. The aim of the conference was to identify exactly what God expected of leaders in His church and to challenge each one present to reach this high standard in their lives and ministries.

This was called 'spiritual food' by the apostle Paul and relates to us feeding on Jesus Christ who is the Bread of life. But they also ate other food in the wilderness too such as the quail. What does the quail represent? Can it be called spiritual food as well? Am I feeding on the Manna from heaven? Or have I started preferring quail instead?
